Trouble Ticket Module Upgrade

CRM Users can now add a new tool to record, track and monitor Customer Inquiries/Trouble Ticket items. The Case Program is included on the Main Account Screen and provides each Client with a fully customized application unique to their specific needs. Reports include Open and Completed Ticket records. D&B Tool Kit Integration - Download Account Data Directly into CRM

Dun and Bradstreet Tool Kit Users can now access Tool Kit directly from MosaicCRM, select their data criteria and in one simple step download this into their CRM database. This marks a first for on-line CRM applications! This eliminates delays and difficulties in uploading data to users' databases via the conventional disk method. As well, the MosaicCRM program first checks the User's database for existing account data to eliminate duplicates. Presently in beta phase, clients can look to Q1 2007 for official launch. New User Interface Design Finalized

Project Management Tool Adds Financial Reporting
